Your details, kept simple.

What gets collected

• Request a visit form: your name, email, phone, town, the service you are interested in and any message you add.
• Home Check-in: your answers, plus your name, email, phone and town if you fill them in. Your answers are saved in your own browser on this device so you can come back to them. They are sent only when you tap Send my Check-in. Tap Start over to clear them.
• Email and phone: whatever you choose to share when you get in touch.
• During a visit: the readings taken in your home (air, water, light, noise) and the notes for your Home Guide.

How it is used

To reply to you, schedule your visit, prepare your Home Guide and follow up on the services you choose. That is all. There is no mailing list, and nothing you share is used for advertising.

If you ask for an introduction to a local pro, only the details that pro needs are passed along, and only with your OK.

Services that help run the site

A few trusted companies handle parts of the work. Each one uses your details only to provide its service.

• Cloudflare hosts the site, protects it from spam and attacks, and passes your form along.
• Resend delivers your form to the Monmouth Home Balance inbox.
• Proton Mail stores that email in an encrypted inbox.
• Google Fonts supplies the typeface, so your browser connects to Google to load it.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Visits may be counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not follow you to other sites. Cloudflare keeps basic technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure.

How long it is kept

As long as needed to serve you and keep normal business records, such as invoices for tax purposes. Ask and your details will be deleted, except anything the law requires keeping.

Your choices

Email [email protected] or call (973) 400-4204 to see, correct or delete your details. You will get a reply within a few business days.

Keeping it safe

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection, and email is stored in an encrypted inbox. No system is perfect, so please skip sending passwords, account numbers or ID numbers through the forms.

Children

This site is for homeowners and is not meant for children under 13.
